How Campaigns Are Priced

Every campaign is quoted custom based on these factors. Quotes returned within 24 hours.

01
Markets

Number of cities and the density of placements within each. NYC and LA require more posters per neighborhood than secondary markets.

02
Format Size

24×36 is the cost-efficient standard. 48×72 jumbo doubles the print and install cost but commands more visual real estate.

03
Duration

Most campaigns run for two to four weeks. Longer flights with refreshes are available for sustained presence.

04
Creative Versions

Multiple creatives per campaign add print production costs but increase neighborhood variety and social shareability.

05
Neighborhood Mix

Tier-1 neighborhoods (SoHo, Melrose, Wynwood) carry higher install costs than less competitive areas.

06
Turnaround

Standard 72-hour turnaround is included. Rush installs are available for time-sensitive launches at a premium.

Share your markets, timeline, and creative direction in a campaign brief and we'll respond with a custom quote within 24 hours.

Common Questions

Wheatpasting FAQ

What sizes do you offer?+

Two standard formats: 24" × 36" for most campaigns, and 48" × 72" jumbo posters for high-impact placements. Custom sizes available on request for larger campaigns.

How quickly can a campaign go live?+

Most 24×36 campaigns go from approved artwork to installed within 72 hours. 48×72 jumbo campaigns require additional print lead time. Rush turnarounds are available for time-sensitive launches.

What does the photo documentation include?+

GPS-tagged photos of every installation, an interactive pin map showing each location, and a branded gallery page you can share with stakeholders. Delivered within 48 hours of install.

Do you handle artwork design?+

Most clients bring their own creative. If you need design help, we can coordinate with your designer or recommend partners. Artwork specs: 24×36 @ 300dpi, CMYK, 1/8" bleed, PDF/X-1a export.

Which markets do you cover?+

Wheatpasting runs in all 50+ markets we operate. From major metros (NYC, LA, Chicago, SF, Miami) to secondary markets. See the full list on our Markets page.

Can I run a single neighborhood vs nationwide?+

Both. A focused single-neighborhood saturation can drive intense local awareness. A nationwide rollout gives you reach across multiple markets simultaneously. Largest campaign to date: 38 markets in parallel.
